J. Taylor Home Fragrances Shipping Policy

We're back for this holiday season with our new scents and we can't wait for you to receive them. We want to assure you that shipping will be 7-10 business days.

If you are experiencing a delivery issue with your order, please contact your local delivery provider.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business days. 

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed.

Addresses are not manually entered, therefore the address applied at checkout will be the same address on the shipping label. J. Taylor Home Fragrances will not be responsible for any stolen and/or damages to exterior of packages during/after delivery of packages. 

If product itself is damaged or if the candle will not light properly, please contact us to discuss exchange options. 

If you received an email that your package was delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local delivery provider.

If your package is being held for pick-up at your local delivery provider, you can use your tracking link sent by J. Taylor Home Fragrances to retrieve your package.
